The mobile application Caloriz (hereinafter "the Application") is edited by:

The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the terms of access and use of the Application, as well as the respective rights and obligations of the Editor and the User.
Use of the Application implies unreserved acceptance of these ToS. In case of disagreement, the User must cease all use of the Application.
The Application offers tools and content related to nutrition and food tracking, including:
The Application is accessible for free with certain limited features. Advanced features are accessible via a paid subscription, detailed in Article 5.
The information provided in the Application is strictly informative and does not replace professional medical advice.
The User must have a compatible device (iPhone, iPad running iOS 16 or later) and an Internet connection. The Editor cannot be held responsible for malfunctions related to the User's hardware or connection.
The Application offers three subscription plans, subscribed via the Apple App Store:

Payments are managed by Apple via the In-App Purchase system. The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each period, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The amount is debited from the User's iTunes account at the time of purchase confirmation.
The User can manage or cancel their subscription from their App Store account settings: Settings > [user name] > Subscriptions
No refund is made directly by the Editor. Refund requests must be addressed to Apple, in accordance with their general terms of sale.
The User can restore a previously purchased subscription using the "Restore Purchases" function in the Application settings.
The User can request the permanent deletion of their account and personal data from the Application settings or by writing to info@caloriz.tech. Account deletion does not automatically result in the termination of the subscription, which must be done via the App Store.
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on our website. The main purposes are: account management, content personalization, nutritional tracking, usage statistics, and service improvement.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the User has a right of access, rectification, erasure, and portability of their data. These rights can be exercised by email at: info@caloriz.tech.
Certain features may use Apple HealthKit to read or write health data. Access to this data is only done with the explicit consent of the User. Data from HealthKit is never shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes.
All elements of the Application (texts, recipes, visuals, logos, source code, etc.) are the exclusive property of the Editor. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
The information and recommendations provided in the Application are indicative and do not replace medical advice. The Editor declines all responsibility in case of inappropriate use, errors in entered data, or erroneous interpretation of results.
The Editor reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. The current version is always viewable in the Application and on the Editor's website.
These ToS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
